Electric Tongue Jack Blowing Fuses | 4 Possible Solutions + 1 Tip

Our electric tongue jack kept blowing fuses every time we tried to use it on battery power. It worked great on shore power, but once we unplugged that 30A fuse going into the trailer would blow. We share the 4 possible solutions we investigated and one upgrade we made during the process.

We got some advice in the Facebook groups and looked at some electric tongue jack troubleshooting online and finally got it working again. Fortunately, it is just in time for some boondocking over the holidays, making memories with the ones that matter most—that’s #WhyWeWork!

This is our last upload of the year, so we’re wishing you Merry Christmas. And we’ll continue to film while we’re out on the road and will be back with you all after the new year with more adventures in appreciating life!
